Q. What is the expiration date of your HCG?
A. The whole treatment is guaranteed to have an expiring date that is at least one year away of the day of receiving the treatment.
   
Q. Which brand do you sell?
A. We only use the best European brands, such as Organon (pregnyl) and Lepori.
   
Q. Are the needles big?
A. No, they are very small. The sterilized needles are 0,5x16mm, the smallest needle possible.
   
Q. Can I inject myself?
A. Yes, you can. It is very simple and safe. Instructions are included with the treatment.
   
Q. Do I need a prescription for buying this treatment?
A. No, you do not need a prescription. We only sell ampoules delivered by pharmacies.
   
Q. Are there any side effects when using HCG?
A. In the doses as used with our treatment we do not know of any side effects. Read our enclosed instructions for possible side effects.
   
Q. How much HCG will I receive in one treatment?
A. You will always receive enough HCG for 23 daily injections of approximately 175 iu. You will receive 4 ampoules of 1000 u.i. or 3 ampoules of 1500 u.i. depending on what we have in stock. You will receive enough HCG for 23 days.
   
Q. How do I know your products are safe?
A. We only use the best European brands, such as Organon and Lepori. All our ampoules are sealed in-factory and have  a clear expiration date.
   
Q. Do I need to mix the ampoules myself?
A. Yes, you will have to mix them yourself. Instructions are included with every treatment.
   
Q. Can I take your HCG orally?
A. No, our HCG can only be injected.
   
Q. Is HCG legal?
A. Since we do ship to all parts of the world, we do request that the purchaser be informed of their own countries' importation laws.
   
Q. Can we also reach HCG Mail by phone?
A. No, in order to keep our costs and our prices low, we can only be reached through email.
   
Q. Can I also pay by credit card?
A. No, in order to keep our order management and administration easy, we only accept bank transfers and checks. We only accept official checks, cashier's checks, certified checks and international money orders. We do not accept personal checks!
   
Q. I don't know how to transfer money to your bank. How can I do that?
A. Go to your local bank branch. They will know how to transfer money to a foreign bank account.
   
Q. How can I get a check which you do accept?
  Go to your local bank branch. You have to order a check there. It has to be made out by a bank employee.
   
Q. What are the bank costs?
A. That depends on your bank and local branch.
   
Q. Will I receive the product when I pay?
A. Yes, you can be sure we will send you the ordered product. If we cannot send the product, you will get a full refund of the money paid.
